On the Table: Reflections on Hospitality, Creativity, and Connection
Thoughts on hospitality, creativity, and the evolution of meaningful work.
When I started my career nearly 25 years ago, I couldn’t have imagined how much the industry, and I as a person, would evolve. What hasn’t changed is my enthusiasm for hospitality and the people who bring it to life every single day.
The spirit of hospitality — that innate desire to make others feel seen, comfortable, and cared for — continues to shape everything I do. It’s the foundation of our work at Isabelli Partners, and it’s also the energy I hope to bring to this space: a digital extension of the same thoughtfulness and curiosity that define our partnerships.
This blog will be part insight, part reflection — a place where I can share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) about marketing, leadership, creativity, and connection in the hospitality world. Some posts will be deeply rooted in our day-to-day work: public relations, storytelling, influencer engagement, and digital strategy. Others will explore broader themes — wellness, balance, inspiration, and personal growth — because those things matter, too.
Over the years, I’ve never been afraid to evolve — as a professional, as a leader, and as a person. My consultancy has changed form several times, each time with intention and in the spirit of staying relevant and true to who we serve. I’ve changed, too. I’ve become a healthier version of myself, finding grounding in the practice and teaching of yoga. That sense of centeredness informs how I show up — for my clients, my team, and my community.
This space will reflect all of that — the intersection of hospitality and humanity.
Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned in this industry, it’s that connection — whether with a guest, a reader, or a collaborator — is what keeps everything moving forward.
Thank you for being here. I hope you’ll find something in these reflections that resonates, inspires, or simply makes you think a little differently about the world we share.
Welcome.
